Packaging

Effective packaging design can be used to build brand awareness, drive retail sales and maximise revenue potential. Comprehensive packaging guidelines create lines of product with a consistent visible presence in-store. Retailers can effectively assort and display cross-category products to create impact at retail and encourage multiple sales.


Brief
The BA London Eye is an outstanding example of architechtural achievement and engineering excellence, we were commissioned to create a range of products which would reflect this.

Strategy
We started with an competitive audit and extensive internal audit of existing product lines, this identified the need for comprehensive packaging guidelines. Working with the BA London Eye team and Marks Barnfield we produced concepts and artwork for silk ties, silk scarves, coasters, t-shirts, tea towels, mugs, architechtural models and the reversible capsule/bear plush.

Result
A range which maximised the retail per foot profit ratio, increased revenue in the on-site stores.
